Pay: £52,479 + Company Van & Fuel Card
Full-Time | Permanent | Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
A leading social housing contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS) to join their growing team in West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical professional with experience in social housing, repairs, maintenance, or compliance contracts to take ownership of electrical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise a team of electricians and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical works across planned and reactive maintenance contracts
- Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures
- Supervise electricians and subcontractors, providing technical support and guidance
- Carry out site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is completed to a high standard
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and operational reporting
- Maintain accurate records of certifications, inspections, and completed works
- Support staff development through coaching and mentoring
- Attend client meetings and support contract delivery across the region
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- AM2 Qualification
- Test & Inspection Qualification (City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent)
- Previous experience within social housing, repairs, or maintenance environments
- Full UK Driving Licence
