EV / Hybrid Technician – Middlesbrough (TS2)

I am currently recruiting for an experienced EV / Hybrid Technician on behalf of a well-established automotive business based in the Middlesbrough (TS2) area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to join a modern and forward-thinking workshop, working with electric and hybrid vehicles while benefiting from strong earning potential and a great work-life balance.
Candidates with strong mechanical experience are also encouraged to apply.
The Role:
The successful EV / Hybrid Technician will be responsible for carrying out diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on electric, hybrid, and petrol/diesel vehicles to a high standard.
Responsibilities Include:
- Diagnosing faults on EV and Hybrid vehicles
- Carrying out servicing and repairs
- Mechanical maintenance and repair work
- Electrical diagnostics and fault finding
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintaining high workshop and customer service standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an EV / Hybrid Technician or Vehicle Technician
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience
- EV / Hybrid qualifications highly desirable
- Diagnostic and fault-finding experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
Hours & Salary:
- Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Voluntary Saturdays – 9:00am to 3:00pm
- £38,000 basic salary
- Overtime available for additional earnings
