Bluestones Medical Agency is currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Band 5 Community Nurses to support Children's Services within Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated nurses looking for flexible agency work while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families within the community.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to children and young people within community settings.

Support children with a range of complex, acute, and long-term health needs.

Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and implementation of treatment plans.

Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines and local policies.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, schools, social care services, and families.

Provide health education and emotional support to children, parents, and carers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Promote safeguarding and ensure the welfare of children at all times.
- Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN or equivalent) with valid NMC registration.

Minimum 6 months recent NHS or community nursing experience.

Experience working with children and young people is essential.

Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
