Electrical Labourer Trainee
Pay: From £90.00 per day
This is an installer's mate position working alongside an experienced installer, focused on hands-on installation work (mainly EV charger installs).
This is not an apprenticeship and is not suitable for qualified electricians seeking electrician roles.
What you'll be doing:
- Running cables (internal and external)
- Installing data cables and network infrastructure
- Drilling and routing through walls
- Installing containment (clipping, conduit and trunking)
- Preparing jobs ready for completion

- Reliable — turns up on time, every time
- Hardworking — comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Takes instruction well — follows a structured install process
- Keen to learn and improve
- Able to work at pace and keep jobs moving
Requirements:
- Must be able to get to the Stafford area early each morning
- Driving licence ideal but not essential
- Willing to travel to jobs as required
Pay & Work:
- Starting from £90 per day (reviewed as you improve)
- 2–3 days per week to start
- More work available as the business grows
This is a hands-on role, not an office job. You'll be working on real installs and gaining proper on-site experience.
