Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your friendly and customer-focused approach will ensure an exceptional experience for all patrons.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other beverage equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in food preparation as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Skills:
- Proficient in food preparation techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
