Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Worker to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products while adhering to strict food safety standards. This position requires a strong understanding of HACCP principles and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Duties
- Operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure efficient processing.
- Follow all HACCP guidelines to maintain food safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of products and equipment to identify any issues or malfunctions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the packaging and labelling of finished products for distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in basic maths for inventory management and product measurements is required.
