Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machinery (Pressbrake and/or Turret Punch. This role involves precision fabrication and assembly of components, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. The CNC Operator will work closely with manufacturing and assembly teams to meet project deadlines while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines for punching and bending of parts.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform quality checks on finished products using basic math skills to ensure accuracy.
- Handle materials safely, including loading and unloading components as necessary.
- Use hand tools and tooling equipment effectively to assist in assembly tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and resolve any issues that arise during manufacturing.
Experience
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with materials handling and warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings, or perform fit and function testing.

Working Hours
- Must be flexible to work one of three shifts (Predominantly Earlies and Afternoons with Nights a possibility during our busy periods).
- Early Finish Friday
- Overtime Available
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.50-£15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
