We’re looking for enthusiastic and passionate Early Years Practitioners to join the flexible supply team at our Cheswick nursery in Filton, supporting settings across Bristol. Flexible Supply Early Years Practitioner
£10.85 – £14.38 per hour (dependent on qualifications)

Our nursery is set within a modern development, offering a calm and welcoming environment in a lovely area. The nursery has strong links with UWE, regularly attending events and maintaining great relationships within the local community. As part of our reliable and valued supply team, you’ll play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations across our Bristol settings.
You’ll help deliver high-quality care and education in a safe, engaging environment, supporting children’s development through play, creativity, and meaningful interactions.

What you’ll do:
- Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS
- Support children’s individual development, interests, and wellbeing
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to support daily routines
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children in an early years or similar setting
- A passion for childcare and supporting children’s development
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework (or willingness to learn)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeing
