Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe working environment. Duties
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Support the movement and organisation of supplies around the site
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and materials
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Help with basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning tools and equipment
- Support team members with various manual tasks as required
- Ensure compliance with site regulations and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manual labour or construction work is advantageous but not essential
- Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a labouring environment
