International Coordinator (0.4 FTE)
Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Fixed-term until December 2026, with the potential for ongoing employment

About the Role
FSUK International College is seeking an organised, proactive and highly detail-oriented International Coordinator to support the administration and delivery of our growing portfolio of international education programmes.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with excellent administrative skills who enjoys working in a varied and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring programmes run smoothly by maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation, coordinating logistics and providing outstanding support to students, tutors and international partners.
Accuracy, organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Administration
· Prepare and maintain programme documentation, including schedules, registers, attendance records, student ID cards, certificates and programme packs.
· Produce accurate reports, spreadsheets and administrative records.
· Maintain student databases and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and up to date.
· Assist with preparing programme materials before student arrivals.
· Support the coordination of timetables, teaching schedules and logistical arrangements.
· Monitor administrative processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Programme Coordination
· Support the International Team in coordinating the successful delivery of international programmes.
· Liaise professionally with tutors, host families, group leaders and partner organisations before and during programmes.
· Assist with student arrivals, inductions, graduations and other programme activities.
· Provide administrative support throughout the student journey from arrival through to programme completion.
· Help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of international programmes.
Student & Customer Support
· Provide excellent customer service to students and partner organisations.
· Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
· Assist with resolving student issues and concerns in a calm, professional and solution-focused manner.
· Participate in the emergency phone rota and support student welfare when required.
General Duties
· Carry out a wide range of administrative tasks including filing, printing, scanning, data entry and document preparation.
· Support front-of-house activities and student induction presentations.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.
· Be flexible during busy programme periods, including occasional evening or weekend work when required.
Essential Criteria
· GCSE English Language (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent.
· Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or office support role.
· Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong administrative skills and the ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines.
· Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets and Drive). Social Media, Documenting and LinkedIn Management
· Confidence working with databases, spreadsheets and digital records.
· The ability to prioritise competing tasks while maintaining accuracy.
· A professional and confident telephone manner.
· The ability to work independently and use initiative.
· A calm, adaptable and solution-focused approach.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and international partners.
· The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-moving environment.
Desirable
· Experience working within education, training or international programmes.
· Experience coordinating events, courses or projects.
· Knowledge of safeguarding and student welfare procedures.
· Experience working with international students or multicultural environments.
