This is an exciting opportunity to join our Revenues and Benefits Team as an apprentice. Working within a professional and supportive environment, you’ll gain hands on experience contributing to the delivery of key services for the citizens of Torfaen.
You will support the administration and processing of information, maintain accurate records, and respond to customer enquiries, helping to ensure an efficient and high-quality service to the local community. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop practical skills in administration, customer service and working with financial data, while gaining valuable experience in a busy public service setting.
We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Whether you are starting your career or looking to retrain, you’ll be supported to build your skills, gain experience and complete a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
