Carpenter Multi - Property Services
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £26.82 per hour
A Carpenter Multi-Trade is required, working for a reputable local contractor in partnership with a local council. The role will involve carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works on domestic properties. In addition to carpentry duties, candidates should be capable of completing basic multi-trade works to a high standard. Previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience is essential.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining doors, frames, skirting boards, kitchens, and other timber fixtures
- Completing associated multi-trade works where required
- Providing a high level of customer service to residents
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently
- Participating in a rotational on-call schedule for emergency repairs
Requirements of a Carpenter Multi-Trade:
- Must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent)
- Must have a full UK manual driving licence
- Must have previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience
