Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in High Level cleaning and Commercial cleaning and a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming, safe, and well-maintained for all occupants.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in High Level cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in commercial cleaning would be preferred.
- IPAF training would be ideal but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or prolonged standing.
- Experience working at heights.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the organisation.
