What do other Occupational Therapist say about joining CTS?
"Since joining the team, I have felt incredibly supported and welcomed. The graded introduction to the role allowed me to build my confidence and develop my skills at a comfortable pace.
The team has invested time in upskilling me in areas where I had less experience, providing excellent learning opportunities and helping me grow professionally. My supervisor has been endlessly supportive, always available to offer guidance, encouragement, and advice whenever needed.
The wider office team have also been fantastic, with colleagues readily available to answer questions and provide support. This collaborative environment has made settling into the role much easier and has reinforced the team's commitment to professional development and staff well-being.
One of the aspects I enjoy most is the adaptability of the role and the opportunity to work with such a diverse range of clients. Every day brings new experiences and learning opportunities, making the work both rewarding and engaging.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with CTS so far and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive workplace that values professional development, teamwork, and delivering high-quality Occupational Therapy."
