Care Home Manager - Darlington
We are currently looking for an Experienced Care Home Mangaer for our Clients care home based in Darlington. This is a 41 bed service for nursing and residential care.
What You’ll Do:
- Managed day-to-day operations of a residential care home.
- Led and developed multidisciplinary care teams.
- Ensured compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements.
- Managed budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Maintained high standards of resident care and wellbeing.
- Built strong relationships with families and external professionals.
What You Need:
- Experience as a care home manager.
- Great communication & leadership skills
- Management and industry experience.
- Enhanced DBS
