Excell Supply are currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants and Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Ellesmere Port.
With increasing demand from local schools, Excell Supply are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people in their educational journey. Opportunities are available on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis, offering flexibility to suit individual circumstances.
The Role:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Assist students with additional learning needs, including SEND.
- Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and independence.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support behaviour management and pupil wellbeing.

- Experience working with children or young people in an educational, childcare, youth work, or support setting.
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
