Children’s Residential Support Worker – Ipswich (IP1)
We are currently recruiting UK experienced Children’s Residential Support Workers to join our growing team in Ipswich (IP1 area). We have ongoing work available with immediate starts and regular weekly shifts.

Role Responsibilities
- Supporting children and young people within residential settings
- Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive outcomes
- Assisting with daily routines, emotional support, and behaviour management
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Working collaboratively with care teams and management
Essential Requirements
Candidates must have:
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Safeguarding Level 3
- Medication Administration Level 2
- Full mandatory training
- Previous experience working in children’s residential care
- A caring, professional, and reliable approach
Desirable Training
The following training is highly desirable:
- PACE/BASE
- PMVA
- Self-Harm & Ligature Training
