Account Manager – Salary Sacrifice & Fleet Solutions
Stafford (Field Based)
£50,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
A fast-growing fleet mobility specialist is looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to unlock the full potential of an established client portfolio.
This is not a “maintenance” account management role – it’s a growth-focused position where your success will be measured by how effectively you increase Salary Sacrifice uptake, deepen client relationships, and uncover wider fleet and leasing opportunities.
With over 10,000 vehicles under management across public and corporate sectors, the business is well established – but there is significant untapped revenue within existing accounts. That’s where you come in.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers, working closely with HR, Reward & Benefits, Procurement and Fleet teams to drive engagement in Salary Sacrifice schemes and expand into broader fleet solutions.
Your focus will be on increasing employee participation, improving scheme performance, and identifying opportunities across Contract Hire, Fleet Management and related services.
This is a field-based role with regular UK travel and the attendance of meetings (once a week) at the Staffordshire head office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Growing revenue within an established customer base
- Increasing employee uptake of Salary Sacrifice vehicle schemes
- Running engaging presentations, roadshows and employee events
- Building strong relationships with HR, Reward, Procurement and Fleet stakeholders
- Identifying cross-sell opportunities across fleet and leasing services
- Developing structured account growth plans
- Tracking performance, pipeline and activity via CRM
- Feeding back market insight and competitor intelligence
What We’re Looking For
You’ll already have experience in the Salary Sacrifice or fleet/vehicle leasing sector and understand how to drive real scheme performance – not just manage accounts.
We’re particularly interested in people who have worked for Salary Sacrifice providers, leasing companies, fleet management firms, or employee benefits organisations with an automotive focus.
Essential Experience
- Proven success in Salary Sacrifice vehicle schemes
- Track record of increasing employee engagement and uptake
- Strong understanding of employee benefits and fleet solutions
- Experience in account growth and commercial development
- Confident presenting to both senior stakeholders and employee groups
- Strong commercial mindset with a consultative approach
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable Experience
- Fleet management or grey fleet exposure
- Public sector / NHS or large corporate client experience
- Knowledge of EV Salary Sacrifice and tax benefits
- Contract hire / vehicle funding experience
