About the Role
Following a highly successful first year on the Norfolk coast, we are looking for a reliable waiter to join our established team. This is a varied, "best of both worlds" role—you will start your morning by welcoming guests at breakfast and continue on to look after our guests for lunch. We are looking for people who are professional, proactive, and take genuine pride in the guest experience.
The Financials
- Base Rate: £12.71 per hour
- Tips: A transparent share of tips, typically adding £1.30 per hour to your earnings.
What we look for
- Experience: Although not necessary, being comfortable managing a station in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Knowledge: An interest in local food and drink to help guide our guests through the menu.
- Energy: Being quick on your feet is a must!
- Professionalism: A calm, friendly manner and a focus on maintaining high standards.
- Reliability: You’ll need a dependable way to get to Brancaster for your shifts.

- Early Birds: You must be comfortable with a 7:30 am start.
