Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our family run garage. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers providing excellent customer service while managing the smooth running of the garage. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and a welcoming demeanour to ensure a positive experience for all who enter our premises.
Duties
- You will be the first point of contact for customers on the phone and in person.
- Taking Phone bookings
- Managing diary and workload
- Replying to customer emails
- Invoicing on Rescura
- Taking Customer Payments
- Pricing & Quoting customers
- Liaising with technicians and customers regarding their vehicle
- Ordering Parts, Tyres & related items and dealing with returns
- Keeping customer records up to date
- Sending Out Service/MOT Reminders
- Keeping reception area tidy & presentable
- Uploading invoices to accounting software
- ** (Full Training Will Be Given).
- Hours : 8:00 - 5:30 Monday -Friday
Experience
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks.
- A professional attitude with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK Driving License
- Vehicle knowledge very beneficial but not required.
