We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established
food distribution client operating from modern cold storage facilities in the heart of the UK. The business supplies butchers, wholesalers, and food outlets, and is known for its reliability, high standards, and efficient delivery service.
Due to increased demand, they are looking for a
Class 2 (Category C) Driver. Please note, this role involves the delivery of
Halal meat products.
- Multi-drop deliveries to customers across the region
- Delivering chilled and frozen Halal meat products
- Loading and unloading as required
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
- Providing a professional and friendly service at delivery points
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous multi-drop or food delivery experience preferred
- Must be based within the CV postcode area
- Comfortable handling Halal meat products
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
- £15.69 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Monday to Friday work
- Minimum 8 hours guaranteed per shift
- Weekly pay
- Ongoing work with potential for temp-to-perm
