Most care jobs expect you to rush.
Rush the visit. Rush the travel. Rush the person.
At the end of the day, it can feel like you’ve spent more time watching the clock than actually caring.
At GoodOaks Homecare, we believe great care takes time — so we’ve built this role differently.
We offer longer visits, realistic schedules, consistent clients, and a supportive team that genuinely wants you to succeed. The result? Better care for clients and a far better working day for you.
We’re now looking for caring, reliable people to join our growing team across Dorchester and Weymouth.
