To support the delivery of high-quality care, learning and education for children within a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). To support children’s emotional wellbeing, learning and development through responsive interactions, play-based experiences and positive relationships.
The postholder will be supported to work towards a recognised Early Years qualification through mentoring, training and ongoing professional development.
Where appropriate and once sufficiently experienced, there may be opportunities to undertake Key Person responsibilities under the guidance of the leadership team.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
