We’re working with a growing, specialist recruitment business looking to hire an experienced 360 recruiter to take ownership of a Defence desk.
The Role
- Running a full 360 desk within the Defence sector
- Building and developing your own client base
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (BD → placement)
- Working high-value, specialist roles across engineering, tech & defence
- Growing and owning your market long-term
What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
- Minimum 12 months recruitment experience
- Experience running a 360 desk (or strong exposure to BD)
- Proven ability to generate revenue / bill consistently
- Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
(This is not an entry-level role — you must have recruitment experience to be considered)
