Job Purpose
To provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to trade and retail customers at the plumbing and heating trade counter. The role involves processing sales, offering technical advice, maintaining stock, and supporting the smooth and efficient running of the branch.
Person Specification
Essential Criteria:
· Previous experience in a plumbing & heating trade counter, builder’s merchant, or similar sales/customer service environment (preferred).
· Knowledge of plumbing and heating products, fittings, and associated trades.
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, can-do attitude.
· Team player with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Desirable Criteria:
· Full driving license may be advantageous.

- Buckhurst IG9 6DR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Plumbing & Heating: 1 year (required)
- Sales and Customer Service: 1 year (required)
