We are currently looking for a Post-Press Operations Warehouse Coordinator to join our busy Post-Press Operations department. This is a hands-on warehouse role that plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of work through our finishing, packing, despatch and fulfilment operations.
The Role
As a Post-Press Operations Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for controlling the movement of work-in-progress (WIP) materials throughout the warehouse and production environment. You will work closely with operations teams, finishing supervisors and Collate, Pack & Distribution teams to ensure products are delivered efficiently, accurately and safely.
This role combines warehouse coordination, stock control, forklift operation and continuous communication across departments to support production targets and customer deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage work-in-progress stock within the Post-Press operation.
- Supply pallets and materials to packing lines in the correct priority order.
- Ensure all stock and pallets are accurately identified, labelled and stored.
- Operate forklift trucks safely to move goods around the warehouse, production areas and between sites using the public highway.
- Support the movement of work between cutting, finishing, and Collate, Pack & Distribution departments.
- Manage stock transfers to fulfilment areas.
- Assist with stock counts and daily inventory checks.
- Prepare pallets and goods for transit.
- Liaise with operational teams to support workflow and production schedules.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
- Support waste segregation and environmental initiatives.
- Follow all company Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous warehouse, logistics or production environment experience.
- Hold a valid Forklift Truck licence
- Have a full car driving licence
- Be highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Be proactive, reliable and self-motivated.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Have a good understanding of stock control and warehouse processes.
- Be flexible and willing to support different operational areas when required.
- Be committed to maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping.

Pay: £24,921.00-£25,311.00 per year
