We are currently recruiting for Chilled Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced distribution operation based in TF7, Telford. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals seeking ongoing work with immediate starts available.
Available Shifts & Pay Rates:
- Twilight Shift: 12:00pm – 12:00am – £13.28 per hour
- Night Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am – £13.91 per hour (4on4off)
Working within a chilled warehouse environment, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and prepared accurately for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing chilled products using pick sheets or handheld scanners
- Preparing orders ready for dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
- Carrying out quality and accuracy checks
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse
- Working towards productivity and performance targets
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
