As a Motorcycle Technician, your expertise will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service and repairs for a wide range of motorcycles. The role offers a competitive salary, ongoing training, and great benefits, making it ideal for motivated individuals committed to quality workmanship.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £30,000 up to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- OTE earnings of approximately £4,000 in bonuses
- Monday to Saturday working week, with one weekday off; hours from 9am to 6pm (5pm on Saturdays)

Duties:
- Servicing and repairing a wide range of motorcycles to manufacturer standards
- Conducting MOT inspections (training provided if qualified)
- Diagnosing faults and performing necessary repairs
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining detailed service and repair records
- Adhering to health and safety protocols and best practices
Requirements:
- Full motorcycle licence essential
- IMI or MOT qualification preferred but not mandatory (training available)
- Proven experience as a motorcycle technician or in a similar role
- Genuine passion for motorcycles and mechanical work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
