We’re looking for a QA Officer to join our friendly and well-established team based in Bicester.
About the Role
We're looking for a QA Officer to join our small, dedicated quality team and help maintain our ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system. This is a fully onsite, full-time role (Monday –Friday, 08:00–16:00), reporting to the QA Manager.
You'll play a hands-on role across the full quality function - from product release and non-conformance management to internal audits and document control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Lead on product release, non-conformances, complaints, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes
- Coordinate and participate in internal audits; support third-party audits
- Maintain cleanroom environmental monitoring records and reports
- Support document control and QA KPI reporting
- Deputy for the QA Manager when required
Your Profile
You're detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working across teams. You bring:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a QA role (manufacturing experience is a MUST)
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance
- Experience with eQMS, CAPA, and complaint management is a must have
- Strong MS Office skills
- A proactive, team-focused approach with excellent communication skills
