Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery
- Lead, motivate, and organise staff to optimise team performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold hygiene standards across all areas.
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment and manage inventory levels efficiently.
- Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Implement training programmes for staff development in areas such as food safety, service excellence, and culinary skills.
- Monitor financial performance, optimise operational costs, and contribute to menu planning and pricing strategies.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that promotes hospitality and encourages repeat business.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
