Castle Manor Academy Teaching Assistant (The Arch Cognition and Learning Hub) Contract: Part-time, Fixed Term (31.08.2027), 25 hours per week/ 38 weeks per year. Salary: USP Grade 3, SP 7-10 (FTE: £26,402-£28,141 / Actual: £14,916-£15,898). Start date: September 2026 Castle Manor Academy is seeking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant to support learning across Years 7 to 11, both in the classroom, and in small group interventions within our specialist Cognition and Learning Hub ‘The Arch’. Applicants would be required to have achieved at least a C grade in GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent, and have previous experience of working with children with additional needs, ideally in a secondary school setting. Applicants will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, enjoy working with children, and, at all times, demonstrate our PROUD values: Professional, Resilient, Optimistic, Understanding and Driven.
