We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Children's Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people. The successful candidate will promote the physical, emotional, social, and educational development of children while ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and individual needs are met.
What you’ll do:
- Provide day-to-day care, emotional support and guidance to young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
- Help create a safe, nurturing and stable home environment where children can grow and thrive.
- Support children with daily routines, education, hobbies and activities.
- Promote independence, confidence and positive relationships.
- Work as part of a caring, experienced team to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with vulnerable children or young people with challenging behaviours and emotional needs.
- A full UK driving licence (essential).
- Flexibility to work long shifts, weekends and sleep-ins as part of a rota.
- A caring, patient and resilient attitude with excellent communication skills.
