An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Lister to join a successful and growing independent estate agency in Loughton.
This role would suit a confident, driven and professional property professional who thrives on winning instructions, building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for generating new business, carrying out market appraisals, converting valuations into instructions and helping drive the overall success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Generating new business opportunities
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales where required
- Working towards and exceeding targets
- Maintaining excellent local market knowledge
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience as a Sales Lister / Valuer within estate agency
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- A proven track record of winning instructions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A motivated and target-driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence
