An established and growing mortgage business is seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join its team in Colchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting advisers and ensuring a smooth journey for clients from application through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing mortgage applications from submission to completion.
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and clients.
- Chasing outstanding documentation and progressing cases efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems.
- Providing administrative support to Mortgage Advisers.
- Ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
Requirements
- Previous Mortgage Administration experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage process.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
