The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll play a key role in helping buyers find their ideal property while supporting vendors throughout the sales process. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify buyer enquiries
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Match buyers with suitable properties
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Progress sales through to completion
- Generate new business opportunities and market appraisals
- Stay up to date with local market trends and available stock
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve team and individual targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in estate agency sales or property sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the East London property market preferred
- Professional, confident, and target-driven approach
- Fluent English (additional languages are advantageous)
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car are essential
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
