Archerfield Walled Garden is looking to recruit a Kitchen Porter to join our busy Cafe and Kitchen team. This is a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly, supporting the team during service and ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and organisation are maintained throughout. The role involves the following key responsibilities
- Washing up and ensuring all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment is cleaned and returned promptly
- Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen throughout service, including surfaces, floors, and equipment
- Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and bins are managed throughout the day
- Completing end-of-day cleaning tasks to ensure the kitchen is left in a high standard of cleanliness
- Always following all food hygiene and health and safety procedures

- Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided
This is a part time role predominantly covering weekends, with additional hours available during the summer holiday period.
This role requires working weekends as part of the rota.
Pay: £11.00-£12.85 per hour
