Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman Joiner to lead and supervise projects on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside the management team , ensuring that all work is completed to high standards, and adhering to project timelines.
A strong background in supervising experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones to senior management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution
- Maintain quality standards throughout all stages of the project
Requirements
- Needs to be able to lead and motivate a team
- Extensive knowledge of joinery or other skilled construction qualification
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Relevant qualifications in carpentry or joinery are preferred, or other skilled construction qulaification
- Valid UK driving licence is essential
Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
