A full time senior lettings and sales negotiator and valuer required to work in our very busy, award winning sales and lettings business.
The successful candidate will assist with rental and sales valuations and viewings, negotiate deals, be able to follow up on the associated admin including listing properties, rental contracts, referencing and compliance. You must have a good telephone manner and assist with telephone and email enquiries.
Work hours 8:45am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am to 2:30pm
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in both sectors focusing mainly on the rental area.
This is a progressive role for the right candidate who is focused and determined to drive the business forward, be a team player with a can do attitude.
All training given. Candidates must be computer literate, must have excellent attention to detail and accurate written communication. Candidates must also have the ability to write clear, professional letters and emails to clients and strong reading comprehension skills.
Car driver/owner essential.

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
