Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Airbnb Cleaner to ensure our holiday rentals are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing properties for incoming guests, maintaining a pristine environment, and providing excellent service to enhance guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish toiletries as required.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and polished to meet cleanliness standards.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the management team.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning schedules within designated timeframes.
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organising linen supplies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and products.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work on a schedule that may include weekends or early mornings depending on bookings.
- A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Basic cooking skills are a plus for preparing welcome packs or assisting with guest requests. Pay: £14.00-£14.20 per hour
