Step Into Teaching is supporting a fantastic school in the Sutton area (SM2) to recruit a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their Inclusion Team. This is a great opportunity at a supportive school, offering real progression and stability.

We’re looking for someone who has/is:
- Has a degree (2:2 or above - psychology or similar preferred)
- Supportive, empathetic, and approachable
- Resilient, reflective, and motivated to make a difference
- Committed to working in education long-term
- Interested in SEN, mental health, and inclusive learning
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential — the school provides training and values a proactive, team-focused attitude.
