About Allsports & Tarkett Sports
Allsports Construction and Maintenance is a market leader in the sports construction industry for over 20 years. We deliver high quality projects including synthetic pitches, multi-use games areas, running tracks and associated civil engineering and building works.
Allsports is a part of Tarkett Sports, a world leader in sports construction and surfacing, providing architectural design, full-scope construction services, and a comprehensive portfolio of industry-leading sports surfacing solutions. As part of our growth plans we are looking for keen, able and committed staff to help deliver projects mainly across Scotland but with some work in the rest of the UK.
Allsports is the Scottish home of FieldTurf — the world’s number one synthetic turf brand, trusted by professional clubs, national governing bodies, and elite sports facilities across the globe. From Champions League stadiums to community pitches, FieldTurf surfaces are where sport happens at the highest level.
This is not a typical graduate role. You will be working on projects that matter — pitches used by professional and semi-professional clubs, facilities that give thousands of players a better surface to play on.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join the Allsports commercial team. This is a chance to build your QS career in one of the most exciting corners of the construction industry — sports infrastructure — working with the most recognised brand in the game.
You will be involved in real projects from day one: pricing tenders, managing costs, and helping us win and deliver synthetic turf contracts across Scotland. As we grow our pipeline, your contribution will be visible and valued — this is not a back-office support role.
If you want to start your career somewhere that combines commercial rigour with genuine passion for sport, this is it.
