主要职责
1. 招聘执行支持
● 招聘执行: 全流程招聘的落地执行,包括在各渠道发布职位、初步筛选简历、安排并协调面试日程、候选人跟进及面试反馈收集。
● 初筛与沟通: 负责门店或一线岗位的初筛,评估候选人的基本匹配度及语言能力。
● 背景调查协助: 在候选人书面同意的前提下,协助准备及收集背景调查材料,严格遵循《通用数据保护条例》(UK GDPR)与《数据保护法》(Data Protection Act 2018)的要求。
● 渠道维护: 维护和更新招聘渠道(求职网站、社交媒体、内推等),协助拓展校园招聘等多元化招募渠道。
2. 入职管理与跟进 (Onboarding)
● 入职资料准备: 协助新员工入职前的准备工作,包括HR系统账号开通、劳动合同及本地化入职文件(如国家保险号 NIN 登记指引、税务表格 Starter Checklist 或 P45/P46)的收集与初审。
● 跨部门协调: 协调各部门准备新员工的办公环境、设备及系统权限。
● 档案建立: 协助建立和维护新员工的电子与纸质档案,确保信息录入的准确性。
3. 离职流程跟进处理
● 离职处理: 协助处理员工主动离职(Resignation)的日常流程。
● 文件准备: 准备离职相关文件(如离职确认函、系统清退流程提醒等),协调P45等税务文件的发放。
● 离职数据记录: 整理和归档离职面谈的记录,更新人员变动台账。
4. 员工培训
● 培训: 组织新员工入职培训及门店日常技能培训。
● 进度追踪: 维护和更新培训日程表(如食品安全、反骚扰培训、POS系统操作等),使用学习管理系统(LMS)追踪员工的培训完成情况,确保符合英国相关法规(如FSA、HSE)的合规进度。
5. 员工关系与合规支持
● 一线咨询接待: 作为基础员工关系事务的窗口之一,接待并解答员工关于休假政策、工作时间、日常人事流程的常规咨询,无法确定的事项及时上报。
● 纪律与投诉协助: 协助HR团队进行员工投诉、考勤违规或不当行为的调查记录与资料整理,协助跟进纪律处分措施(如口头/书面警告)的文件归档。
● 工伤报告协助: 协助处理初次工伤报告的数据录入,跟进员工就医评估进展。
● 合规检查: 协助HR团队定期进行人事档案审计,确保所有操作符合GDPR与公司隐私政策。
6. 基础人事运营
● 数据录入: 负责HR信息系统(HRIS)相关模块的日常维护与高准确度的数据录入。
● 报表支持: 协助HR团队完成周度/月度数据统计,如招聘漏斗数据、员工流动率基础统计等。
任职要求
1. 学历与经验
● 本科或研究生在校生,人力资源、管理学、心理学等相关专业优先。
● 有过人力资源实习经验,或有零售、餐饮、快消行业批量招聘/实习经验者优先。
● 语言能力: 英语和中文(普通话)双语流利,具备优秀的口头与书面沟通能力,能够无缝支持与总部及跨文化多元背景员工队伍的日常沟通。
● 熟悉或了解英国劳动法规(如《雇佣权利法》《2010年平等法案》等)及英国本地入职必备文件(NIN, P45/P46)者大加分。
2. 知识与技能
● 了解基础的招聘流程与结构化面试技巧。
● 熟练使用办公软件(尤其是 Excel 的数据整理功能、Word、PowerPoint)。

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Delivery Support
- End-to-end recruitment execution: Deliver full-cycle recruitment operations, including posting vacancies across all channels, conducting initial CV screening, scheduling and coordinating interview schedules, following up with candidates, and collecting interview feedback.
- Initial screening & candidate communication: Conduct first-round screening for store and frontline roles, and assess candidates’ basic role fit and language proficiency.
- Reference check coordination: Assist in preparing and collecting reference check materials upon candidates’ written consent, fully complying with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Recruitment channel management: Maintain and update recruitment platforms including job boards, social media and employee referral schemes; support the expansion of diversified recruitment channels such as campus recruitment.
2. New Hire Onboarding Administration
- Pre-onboarding document preparation: Support pre-joining arrangements for new starters, including setting up HR system accounts, collecting and conducting preliminary reviews of employment contracts and local onboarding documents (e.g., National Insurance Number (NIN) registration guidance, Starter Checklist, P45 / P46 tax forms).
- Cross-department coordination: Liaise with relevant departments to arrange workspaces, equipment and system access for new employees.
- Personnel file management: Assist in creating and updating digital and physical employee files with accurate data entry.
3. Resignation & Offboarding Process Administration
- Resignation workflow administration: Support daily procedures for voluntary employee resignations.
- Offboarding documentation: Prepare offboarding paperwork such as resignation confirmation letters and system deactivation checklists; coordinate the issuance of tax documents including P45 forms.
- Offboarding record keeping: Collate and archive exit interview notes, and update workforce turnover logs.
4. Employee Training Coordination
- Training organisation: Deliver new hire induction training and regular operational skill training for store staff.
- Training progress tracking: Maintain and update training calendars covering food safety, anti-harassment training, POS system operation and other mandatory sessions; monitor staff training completion via the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements from bodies including the FSA and HSE.
5. Employee Relations & Compliance Support
- Frontline employee enquiries: Act as a primary point of contact for routine employee relations queries relating to leave policies, working hours and general HR administrative processes; escalate complex or unresolved matters to senior HR in a timely manner.
- Disciplinary and grievance support: Assist the HR team with documenting and collating evidence for employee grievances, attendance breaches and workplace misconduct; file paperwork for follow-up disciplinary actions including verbal and written warnings.
- Workplace injury reporting: Support initial data entry for workplace accident reports and track employees’ medical assessment outcomes.
- Compliance audits: Assist the HR team with regular personnel file audits to ensure all HR activities adhere to UK GDPR and internal company privacy policies.
6. General HR Operations
- HRIS data maintenance: Conduct day-to-day module administration and high-accuracy data entry on the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Reporting support: Assist the HR team with weekly and monthly HR analytics, including recruitment funnel metrics and basic staff turnover reporting.
Job Requirements
1. Education & Experience
- Current undergraduate or postgraduate student; majors in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or related fields are preferred.
- Prior HR internship experience, or hands-on mass recruitment / internship experience within retail, hospitality or FMCG industries is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency: Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese; capable of seamless daily communication with headquarters and a culturally diverse workforce.
- Working knowledge of UK employment legislation (e.g., Employment Rights Act, Equality Act 2010) and mandatory local onboarding paperwork (NIN, P45/P46) is a strong plus.
2. Knowledge & Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of full recruitment lifecycles and structured interviewing techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for data organisation, Word and PowerPoint.

Pay: £13.00-£17.00 per hour
