Raeburn Training are a young, dynamic and growing Health and Safety Training company and we are delighted to be creating our first Graduate role, working within the Business Support Team. This is a client facing team delivering various services including being both proactive and responsive to client requests for training courses and solutions.
Job Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated graduate to join our growing business in a dynamic Business Support role. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is keen to develop a career across business operations, sales support, marketing, client relationship management and training coordination.
You will work closely with the Manager and Client Sales Lead, gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business while receiving structured mentoring, coaching and professional development support.
This role would suit someone who is organised, commercially aware, confident communicating with clients and eager to build a long-term career within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Role
Marketing & Social Media
- Represent the company at networking events and industry activities
- Support the maintenance and development of the company website
- Coordinate social media activity with internal teams
- Create newsletters and blog content with guidance from stream leads
- Support wider marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Assist with contact list management, event attendance and branding support
Sales Support
- Support training enquiries and booking processes following established procedures
- Maintain communication with clients and suppliers throughout bookings
- Assist with mailbox and enquiry management
- Visit local businesses with promotional materials
- Support the preparation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Training Plan Management
- Help provide proactive training solutions for clients
- Support client meetings and training matrix management
- Conduct weekly audits and training record updates
- Assist with onboarding new Training Plan Management clients
- Process and verify training data accurately
Supply Chain & Administration
- Monitor supplier activity and support commercial viability
- Assist with onboarding contractors and maintaining supplier records
- Coordinate supplier purchase order information
- Ensure accurate and timely updates across internal and external systems
- Provide general administration and operational support
Essential Skills & Experience
- Degree qualified (or graduating soon) ideally in a Business discipline
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Professional and confident when communicating with clients and suppliers
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop
Desirable
- Interest in business operations, sales, marketing or training coordination
- Experience using social media for business purposes
- Experience in customer service, administration or sales support
- Full UK driving licence
