The Role
You’ll lead and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service while driving business performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operations
- Leading and motivating the team
- Food & drink service standards
- Staffing & rota management
- Stock control & inventory
- Financial performance & targets
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a General Manager role within hospitality or a food led pub
- Passionate about hospitality & guest experience
- Confident leading a busy food-led pub
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Energetic, motivated and hands-on
- Experienced in managing and inspiring teams
