Are you passionate about supporting children in a primary school setting? Do you have experience working with young people and want to make a real difference in the classroom?
New Formation Education are working closely with a primary school in Lewisham who are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated support staff to join their SEN Team.
Who We're Looking For:
We're interested in hearing from individuals who:
- Have experience working with children or young people in any setting (e.g. youth work, mentoring, tutoring, childcare, volunteering, or support work)
- Are confident, friendly, and patient with strong communication skills
- Remain calm under pressure and can build positive relationships with children and colleagues
- Are genuinely passionate about education and child development
- Can commit to full-time hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm) for at least one academic year
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing classroom support in Early Years, KS1 or KS2
- Assisting pupils with special educational needs or behavioural challenges
- Helping create a calm, structured learning environment
- Working 1:1 or in small groups to support individual learning and development
- Collaborating with teachers and support staff to meet students’ needs

Pay & Commitment:
- Daily rates from £90–£100, increasing with experience (PAYE)
- Positions are long-term, with a minimum commitment of one full academic year
