CORPORATE SERVICES ASSISTANT
We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced and motivated individual to join our Corporate Services team, providing administrative, operational and promotional support across general office functions and marketing / events activities.

Salary: £25,350 per annum (pro-rata).
Benefits: 25 days holidays plus bank holidays (pro-rata); 5% employer pension contributions; occupational sick pay.
Hours: 18 per week over 3 days (this is negotiable)
Requirements: Applicants must have previous experience of working in an administrative role.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this post.
Applicants must be flexible and have access to their own vehicle, they will be part of the out of hours on-call rota.

Key Responsibilities:
To provide administrative, operational and promotional support across general office functions and marketing / events activities. The role involves both independent responsibility and supporting duties to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
Main Duties:
General Office Duties
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to enquiries.
Monitor and respond to enquiry emails.
Welcome and assist visitors at the door.
Manage incoming and outgoing post (log and distribute).
Procurement & Supplies
Research pricing and order office equipment and stationery.
Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment of cleaning supplies, stationery, leaflets, posters and flyers.
Data & Systems
Conduct Smart Survey data collection.
Assist with compilation of reports.
Facilities & Compliance
Liaise with the landlord regarding Head Office maintenance.
Support Health & Safety processes at Head Office.
Promotion, Events & Marketing
Produce and support the design of promotional and organisational materials, including posters, flyers, banners, forms, flowcharts and annual report content.
Support the management and development of social media platforms.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of events.
Assist with updating the website with news, events, and relevant content.
Donations
Assist with logging and distributing donations.
Produce and send thank-you letters and/or certificates.
Campaigns
Support and promote local and national campaigns.
Support with the planning and delivery of White Ribbon day, a key annual event.
General
Maintain accurate and confidential case management records and databases, complying with data protection legislation and respecting the safety, security and confidentiality of clients and staff and all records or information held.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with local agencies, services, funders and potential funders.

Ensure that any safeguarding matters are dealt with in accordance with MFCC safeguarding policies and procedures.
Support colleagues and partner agencies, through awareness raising and institutional advocacy, in order to provide the best possible service for victims of domestic abuse, i.e. challenge unhelpful or damaging attitudes to the understanding of Domestic Violence & Abuse.
