To provideexceptional customer service and comprehensive financial and administrativeservices to the client and the contract. In order to be successful in the roleit is key that the Contract Support understands procedures, processes andoperates them to the required standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive high quality commercial performancethrough understanding the contractual commitments and scope, better buying anduse of preferred suppliers.
- Compiling of theContract Review Pack
- Continually develop systems to maximizeefficiency benefits for the customer and GWS.
- Support thepreparation and delivery of monthly Contract Reviews including but not limitedto comprehensive spend tracking via the agreed Budgets
- Weekly creationand review of management reports such as, OPO's & Invoice Pool.
- Raising PurchaseOrders & reviewing WOs and ensuring POs are raised accordingly.
- Liaising closelywith site teams ensuring the accurate processing of POs (BOMAs, commodity codes& projects)
- Reviewing openPurchase Orders with site teams – timely receipting & closure of POs
- Onboarding of newvendors to mybuy
- Assisting withprocessing supplier invoices and resolving any queries, liaising withoperational teams to close out any errors.
- Reporting on InScope and Out of Scope works
- Assisting with ad-hoc requests and queriesfrom PO raisers.
- Ad-hoc reporting as requested by BusinessUnit or Business/Finance.
- Mybuy training for new starters.
- Mybuy champion for the account.
- Timesheets
- Organisingtraining the team
- Arranging agencycover and submitting hours on portal
- Culture carrierand promotes best practice
What You’ll Need:
Hold academic passes with at least GCSE Maths andEnglish or equivalent.
Full knowledge of the mybuy system.
Highly computer literate
IT Skills to achieve key tasks and give thebusiness a sound reporting base.
Superior written and verbal communication skillswith strong oral presentation skills.
Capable of working in a matrix environment.
A basic understanding of business andcustomer-facing environments.
Customer focus skills with a passion for customerservice.
Effective communication skills enabling theindividual to work with clients, suppliers, and staff at all levels
Self-motivated and ambitious
Results/ task orientated, with attention to detailand accuracy
Excellent time management and organisational skills
