About the Role:
The Trainee Transport Coordinator will support the day-to-day running of a busy transport operation, learning all aspects of transport administration, customer service and operational planning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide administrative support to the Transport Team

Update transport systems and maintain records accurately

Support transport planners with daily operational activities

Monitor deliveries and collections and escalate issues when required

Communicate with drivers, customers and internal departments

Assist with transport compliance and documentation

Learn transport planning principles and industry best practice

Support continuous improvement and team objectives

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
