At DGCS.io, we are growing our Team and are looking for professional, dependable individuals to join us as Security Response & Patrol Specialists.
This is a varied operational role suited to security professionals who enjoy working independently, making sound decisions, and taking pride in maintaining high standards. You’ll be working across a range of client sites, helping to protect people, property, and assets through proactive patrols and rapid response.
No two shifts are the same from responding to alarm activations and securing premises to carrying out patrols and scheduled property checks, you’ll play an important role in delivering a professional and reliable service.
The Role
Your responsibilities may include:
- Responding to alarm activations and emergency call-outs
- Conducting mobile and foot patrols across a variety of client sites
- Locking and unlocking premises as part of scheduled security operations
- Delivering visible patrols to deter trespassing, theft, anti-social behaviour, and criminal damage
- Completing scheduled vacant property checks
- Carrying out mandatory fire alarm tests and emergency lighting checks in accordance with client requirements
- Resetting fire and intruder alarm systems where authorised
- Producing clear and accurate incident reports and patrol records
- Conducting dynamic risk assessments and identifying potential vulnerabilities
- Liaising with our 24/7 Control Room to ensure effective incident management and service delivery
We are looking for officers who are observant, professional, reliable, and understand the importance of accuracy, accountability, and excellent service standards.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
✔ Full UK manual driving licence
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Good written English and attention to detail
✔ Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
✔ Strong timekeeping and professional standards
Desirable Experience
- Mobile patrol, keyholding, or alarm response experience
- Previous experience in the private security sector
- Lone working or professional driving experience

Hours & Schedule
- Full-time role
