Monopoly Events
We run Comic Con Midlands on 12th and 13th July at the NEC Birmingham and are looking for local staff to work at the event.
We require staff for a variety of roles including-
Ticket Scanners
Box Office Staff
Stewards/Gate Keepers
General Event Assistants
Event Location and Dates:
NEC Birmingham, 11th and 12th July
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking staff who are professional, punctual, and ideally experienced in working at large-scale events.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to enhance the overall experience.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service throughout the event.
- Collaborate with management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse groups of people effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of customer service is particularly important.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: £12.60-£15.00 per hour
